OK, I had an affair on my wife. Save your boo's because I already feel like sh*t. It was the worst mistake of my life. Anyways, back in aug of this year, I had unprotected sex with a co worker. Fast forward to November of this year... My wife has a yeast infection. She hasn't had one in like 10 years. I say OK, but inside i start thinking, is it a yeast infection or an std? about 2 weeks later, I got a bump on my junk just below the head. It was red and could not be popped. It was small, probalbly about the size of a pin head and seemed to have somthing underneath it, like a small mass. I made an apt. with doc and he was out of town so i see a nurse. She says that it "looks like a wart", but wasn't sure and freezes it off. I start to really freak out at this point. I go later next week to se my real doctor and he says it was nothing. People get bumps on their stuff all the time. He also said that he never had diagnosed someone with only one wart, usually they come out more than one at a time. I talked to the girl I had sex with and she went and got checked out. She swears that she has never had anything and her paps have always come back normal. So, they checked her again and said everything was cool. Last week, she got the results from the pap and everything came out fine. I also went back to the doctor during this time and he reasuured me that i had nothing. Since I am so freaked out, I examine myself compulisively and I noticed a small cluster of very very small white bumps under the head on the bottom side, yes I invested in a magnifine glass. It seems to be a cluster of about 5 and another or 2. They do not appear to have a rough surface or cauliflower like appearence. I never would have noticed these except for the situation at hand. Maybe they've been there forever? Don't know, never checked. I feel like a dumb a$$ going back to the doc to have him check them out again. Everything should be fine right? Was the nurse an idiot and put this in my head or do I have reason to be concerned?So....Is it possible for...A female to have regular clean paps, clear pelvic exams and STILL have warts? Any insight would be helpful. The stress of this all is really getting to me. please help! And why is this bump still there that they "burned" off?
HPV or going crazy? need advice
calm down, it`s probably nothing.
Most HPV infections go away by themselves within six months
Pap smears do not test for STD's.

Generally women with warts come back with abnormal pap results...
