People with ADD fall under the American with Disabilities Act (although we're NOT disabled) and thus can not be discriminated against in matters such as employment. Every organization I know of must follow these stipulations and surely this includes the military. I see no reason an ADDer could not function perfectly well in the military, even as a pilot. In fact, many of the "problems" associated with ADD could even be beneficial in officer positions. ADDers usually see things in a different way than others and creative strategizing surely can't hurt the military.
(by the way... I love my ADD. And i hate it too, but it's mostly a love thing. Check out the book "You Mean I'm Not Lazy, Crazy, or Stupid?" It's a good self-help book)
