Alright, I'm 151 lbs and 15 years old....I want to tone up before spring break this year and I already have a healthy diet going (not atkins or anything like that just healthy) and I was just wondering if running and weight lifting is good enough for the 4 weeks I have until then. I at least want to see results. Also I have to eat a lot of salt because of my low blood pressure and I want to know if that affects this at all. All in all I just want to know the best workouts and amount of time (for jogging) to see good results. Please help me with this...for now though I guess I'll just run a couple miles..xD...oh and btw I dont want to loose weight...just gain muscle.
