How are they related to you? How do we refer to them? Second cousin?

Cousin's Cousin
-
Your cousin's cousin is you. If you are referring to your cousin's son/daughter, then they are your second cousin, I believe.
-
A cousins cousin would be of no relation to you. They would not be of the same blood line. example:Your dad's brother (your uncle) has a child who is your cousin.Your uncle's wife (aunt) however is not a blood realtive to you.Your aunt's sister has a child (again no relation to you)This child is your cousins cousin but nothing to you.
-
A first cousin is your parent's sibling's child - that is, you have two grandparents in common; a second cousin is your grandparent's sibling's grandchild - you have two greatgrandparents in common.A first cousin of a first cousin could be you; or a sibling of you; or a first cousin of you; or no relation. There are other possibilities of course if we include half-siblings, and if we allow for cousins marrying.

Amanda and Pete... you confused me there lol
-
huh?
-
Bottom line... you have to have a common grandfather/grandmother somewhere up the line. If not, you are completely unrelated.
