not sure if this is the right place for this but...i have small kinda uni-brow i heard that if you tweezer the hairs enough that eventually they will stop growing is this true? if not is there any permanent way to get rid of these hairs other than lazer surgery stuff
Some hair follicles are closer to the surface than others. If you tweeze, you might be able to pull out the entire hair and the little 'root' bit right at the follicle level. If you do this, the hair will never grow back. However, this is rarely true for the hair in normal places like the eyebrows and is most relevant to areas where you have odd hairs, like at the side of the nostrils or below the eye. You can usually identify hairs that can be permanently removed in this way because there will typically (though not always) be a very slightly raised area of skin there where a follicle has formed in the wrong place.
