I recently read an interesting article about menopause in men after late 50's it was termed as man-o-pause.The article read that men tend to turn cranky after late 50's & this is similar to menopause in ladies.Any comments on this subject?

Andropause is the more common saying (as far as I've understood it) it's been a medical term since the 2nd world war, but it's not something that was considered worthy of testing for.It seems to mirror the same results as menopause, except that the hormone levels drop over a longer period of time (thus is less noticeable)With the exception of the hot-flashes, the rest of the problems are still there; loss of sex drive, energy, moodiness etc.It seems to be a field of mens health that is gathering steam; the tests are out there now that can determine when a man is going through andropause; and the therapy is being tuned to help maintain testosterone levels.
