I didn't know where else to post this. Last season for school soccer, I think that my soccer coach liked me a little too much. I'm just wondering if he was sexually assulting me and if I need to report him to somebody. During practice he would always look at me...i mean like stare. And I'm not making this up. When I was talking to him about something, he wouldn't look me in the eyes. he would always stare at my breasts or my legs. (my breasts aren't small, but not big either. they are medium sized)I also injured my knee one time in practice and he carried me off the field. (which was okay, cause my other coach had to carry my off the field before. nothing wrong there) although, my school coach's hand got kinda close to my butt. He then placed me on the bench and stroked his finger up and down my leg to see what happened and were it hurt. I think that I also got a little horny when he did that and i completely freaked out and was disgusted.Do you guys think that I could report him for this. There was no actual 'rape' or anything, just subtle things....

Soccer Coach

No you shouldn't report him, i think it was all in YOUR mind, not his.
-
I think you're transferring all your "online" fantasies into real life. I could just imagine you really fucking up this guys life for a while with unfounded accusations.
Granted he might be staring at you, but that's hardly an offense worthy of being reported. Of course, if he were seducing you or touching you innappropriately, then that is a different story.
-
Given what you described, I agree with Angel and sdp on this one.__________________________________________________Just a little story to remind everyone that things aren't always as they seem.(Pervy priest jokes aside.)The priest who married my wife and I had a bad habit of looking at your chest when he spoke to you. The first time my wife met him he about got slapped. It was only later learned that was his way of dealing with a horrible stuttering problem. If he looked someone in the face he would stutter and stammer so bad he was near impossible to understand. As a means of dealing with it, when he was a teenager, his speech therapist told him not to look people in the face, look at them but someplace other than their face when talking.Take it as you will. It's just a reminder that things aren't always what they seem and sometimes there's a good reason.

yeah don't do that to your coach I think it's in your head too. I play soccer too (Soocer chicks ) and when I started I thought my soccer coach was kind of cute with him being Scottish and the accent too lol but that's all it's ever been at. It's natural don't take things so seriously. Just focus on soccer and try to calm your hormones
-
yea, not woth mukeing a fuss about
my firend art history teacher is about 1000 times worse and innapropriate...tho always stopping JUST short of crossing the line into sexual harassment

No you shouldn't report him, i think it was all in YOUR mind, not his. I completely agree. With that being said I if he makes a TRUE pass at you our bluntly touches you inappropriately THAN you need to let someone know, but NEVER accuse someone just because what you THINK his motives or thoughts are. Could truly screw up this coach’s life.

The guys hasn't broken LAW or RULE If you try to charge him, you better get a good Lawyer! This case won't fly!Unless you live in Ohio, and female, then you can just go into a Court, tell a judge someone raped you, then the guy will be put on Sex Offenders list. Simple as that, no need for proof or anything. Americas law... sigh

-
Are you kidding me?? Please, doesn't seem you know the LAW!Well, you're probaly a lawyer or w/e!What Benediction is right, but it's not only in Ohio! In Quebec it's the same way!The Proven Untill Your guilty DOESN'T apply to everything!Since you're so pro, whats the Rule Of Favourtism apply to?You basically just explained it...rolls eyes
-
You don't know jack about American law or Ohio, so shut the fuck up.
-
It seems to be you've never heard of the Notwithstanding Clause. I'm not going to explain it!They can also just use the Reasonable Limits clause! You're a lawyer, who works out all day! What are the 4 freedom we have?
-
You don't know jack about American law or Ohio, so shut the fuck up. I second that notion!
-
You just broke a rule! The rule of being too damn sexy on this forum! *serious, I think you did though
-
It's ok, I like punishment. Seriously though, this is a real person with a real problem and we do not need someone (Purple) bashing a mod for giving helpful advice. And especially since Purple is absolutely wrong about American law.
-
You need to bitch at Benediction. He's the one who posted the bit, Purple backed him up... based on what.. I don't know.
-
mhm, eh they might as well be the same damn person(to original poster) and yea i doubt he was coming on to you, atleast with those but i dont know whats in his head, but if you do try and charge him even if hes innocent itll probably still screw up his life
-
I bitched at Purple because he 'flamed' Helms. When I made my bitching post Benediction had not flamed anybody. And really, I don't need to 'bitch' at anyone...that's your job.
-
Is it because you're not a 'Bitch'? You still need a punishment! I think Mr.U is prepared for that!
-
Did you look in the left column, in the original poster's message where it says: Loc: United States? That means that the original poster claims to be from the United States. I see no reason to disbelieve her. The things that you mentioned don't appear in the U.S. Constitution or any U.S. statute that I'm aware of.Given that Canada's law, like the U.S.', is based in English commonlaw, so I have no idea what you're talking about. "Innocent until proven guilty" (in criminal matters) applies in all three places (unless you're a suspected terrorist; in that case, the laws of Nicolae Ceaucescu apply).[Interesting that the orignal post was put into the Relationships forum; I'd have chosen Teen Life.]
