See a black dot and little "invisible lines"??
-
Hey- i started seeing those when i started getting migranes in 7th grade. I meen like SEVERE migranes. But i have been seeing them 24/7 ever since then. I want them to go away but i just figured i will have it the rest of my life. Do you wear contacts? I herd that the germs on you contacts could be those lines and dots but i dont know.
-
hm i dont wear contacts, ive never had any problems with my eyes, but i spend a lot of the time behind my computer...
-
They are called floaters. They are tiny flecks of some substance in the jelly part of the eyeball. I have some myself.
-
Hmmmm..let me think. Well do you get migranes? I do often. Other than that i would have no idea.
-
Yep, called floaters, everyone should have at least a few, they're from your early childhood, or something, but if you start seeing them everyday or more and more frequently, get it checked out. It might be retinal detachment.
-
yeah they are called eye floaters my b/f has them too at first he was trippin about them really bad and freakin out but then he went to the doctor, there is nothing you can do about it, he said its gel detaching from your vitreous, but if there is a sudden on slot of them get it checked by a doctor 9 times out of 10 its nothing to worry about. he went to the eye doctor about 7 or 8 times and they said hes fine so you just have to live with them.
-
I get them too.. its normal
-
Do people find that they can 'see' them when looking into the sky?
-
You can ususally see them if you stare at a uniform surface or background. Something like a light wall, sky... things like that. The lack of contrast allows the brain to focus in on the moving floaters.

i get em in school and then i keep fallowing it around and then my teachers get mad at me for not paying attention.
