Ok some of you have read my posts about me and my girl, well yesterday i had to break it off, and i was you know doing alright it was hard because i did truly love her, and today i was talking to her and she was crying all night because of it and it really hurt me to see her like that. And well last night she asked if i wanted to get back with her but i rejected her, i really didnt want to but i felt like i needed to. And well today we started talking and i realized how much i still love her. And we broke up because of her for one being to immature and fighting. So what i did is i told her if we thought about going back out we need to talk about the list of our problems.... and i got her to quit smoking pot because it was taking up her life as was mine but i am clean now(proudly) and her to stop being stubborn and to stop fighting. And i had done this once more but not as like direct to the point. That didnt see to work the last time so im trying it once more obviously, my question is do you think it was smart of me to do it again and how do you think i should approach this to keep it togetherSorry for the long post lolP.S. she is madly in love with me i know this but sometimes like i said shes to stubborn, are all girls like this.

I don't think there are any hard-and-fast rules. My wife and I broke up three times before we were married.

If you truly love each other, of course it's worth working on the relationship. You are approaching this in a very adult way.

Thank you.... but like its annoying because my friends are like dude i thought you werent gonna go back out and shit. It gets on my nerves but i dont listen to them.

Don't worry about what they say. Just worry about what you and your girlfriend think.

The most important thing is not what we think but do you feel it is right? Sometimes, trust your insticts. Me, if it's over, it's over. I rarely regret what I have done, yet I regret what I didn't do. That's one of the reason people call me "idiot". Hell, life's a ride, one time ticket as well, just enjoy it as long as it last. It's upto you, you love her a lot, and managed to talk over it with her and both of you managed to change yourselves to the better, then you have done the right thing.-Taison! out
