17 YEARS OLD, 216lbs, 8% Body Fat, 6'0" Put up 410lbs once 407.5lbs on three different occasions, rep 315lbs.

I'm 25 years old, 185lbs, 5'7" tall and have about 6.5% body fat. I have no idea what my maximum is but I've benchpressed 300lbs without difficulty. I'm really just toning at the moment so I don't tend to do 'heavy' workouts but normally I wear (ankle and wrist) about 40lbs of weights when running and 20lbs when swimming. I rep with about 70lbs.
On the mental side I have a recorded IQ of 172, I have 2 degrees (sports science and physics) and I'm currently studying for my masters in physics. I can also struggle by (badly) in 4 languages in addition to English (French, Spanish, Mandarin and Urdu) but I don't read Chinese or Urdu to any level.

BMI body mass index..do a google search on it..or they also usually do it at school(if youre still in school/have gym) and they pinch your arm and leg with this thing

15 years old 5'5 and a quarter. i weigh 140 lbs and my bmi is 23.3% according to the cdc website. i am currnetly gaining weight though as i am lifting for to get in shape for the baseball season. i have just started lifting in the last couple weeks and bench about 125 for 10 reps 3 sets and squat about 150 for 3 sets of 8 reps. my real weakness is in overhead press only lifting 60lbs for 8 reps for 3 sets. i power clean 70lbs for 2 sets of 10 reps but am increasing weight to 80 here soon because 70 seems to be a little too easy. I took an iq test and got a score of about 115 and in school i usually have a gpa of about 3.2. i am a sophomore in high school by the way.

20 yrs old, 6'2"-3" 190, bout 6% bf. I wanna bulk up this winter and start lifting heavy. Can't complain though... I really like my frame

I'm 21 - 5'11" - 207 pounds - 9% body fat
Right now I'm benching 380, sqautting 520, & deadlifting 605. But I stopped powerlifting & lifting weights altogether for about 8 months, and I've been trying to get back on routine for like the past 4 or 5 months, and things are goin slow. In my prime I lifted a good bit more than what I am now! I won a colegiate state championship back in '03. Now I've kinda mellowed out & am focussin more on stayin in shape than tryin to break records. I bench pressed 425 pounds weighin 198 pounds in practice a few weeks before a meet, but I got injured a few days before the meet making me unable to attempt to break the bench record for the 198 class.
