Yah i posted on here about 6 months ago asking about my abs... didnt seem to get an answer... so i will ask again.As far as it goes for my abs i can flex it and it looks like a great six pack but when i dont it doesnt look nearly as good... my question is doing sit ups with weights make my stomach tighter or what??P.S. i also searched about tightening abs and nothing came up.

Well i play basketball right now so im running for a good 2 hours everyday... and i also lift weights pretty much everyday after school.(i have basketball in the morning) and i eat alright.. and when my stomach is not flexed you can only see the two top muscles of the 6 pack.. and a tiny bit of the mid ones(if you understand what im saying) my genetics from my dad are pretty good.. he had a 6 pack back in the day lol and was a really good football player.
