**I have no idea where to put this, so its here unless one of the Mods thinks its better somewhere else.
I just wanted to share with all the ladies on here something that i have found over the last two months.
Until i had my last child, i never really suffered from PMT, no mood swings, cramps etc, however after I had him, gradually getting worse the last few years, i have suffered, or should i say my family have LOL as 3 days out of the month i turn into someone else...........for a day, i was easy angered, then 2 days and emotional wreck, crying all the time, even at adverts *grin* however, starting 3 months ago i started to take 1 capsule of evening primrose oil, and this month, there has been a noticable difference, not as stressed, and only a few tears, instead of two days worth.
The reason i am posting is i didn't realise what a profound effect, firstly hormones had on me (my other half new me better than i did) and secondly the affect taking one capsule could make.........I hate being weepy, and not being able to cope, its not me, and evening primrose oil has given me back myself, almost.
I used to dread, the few days where i would be down, but now there is hope, a few tears at a soppy film, i can cope with that, YAY for evening primrose oil ** :grin:
