can anyone give me a basic bodybuilding routine to build mostly, if not entirely upper-body muscle. I have some extra flab around there, but im really light for my height so I'm not going to go worry a whole lot about that. My plan is to use my family's eliptical machine one day, then do the routine the next. My brother is an amature bodybuilder, so I know with the stuff we have at home it can be done, but I'm edgy about asking him. I've been looking around for a while, but haven't found anything. I'm also 13, 14 in a month, and that should be taken into consideration. I've looked online, even for exercise ball exercises, but I just don't know which ones to do. Any advice would be very nice (I didn't mean to rhyme :P) Also, it would be best to know specific exercises, not just "work this area, work that one"

Bearing your age in mind and the fact your body is still growing, lay off the larger weights and consentrate on doing more reps and/or sets.Also, dont forget cardio work!
