How do you get them quickly and easily? coz i want them ABS!!!

Funnily enough running is the best way to get abs. So get going!Also rowing is pretty good or anything that involves holding a postural position but definitely running is the way forwrd.As for getting abs quickly.......well I dont know about that is a gentle jog up hill. Or you could vote for implants (Pete Andre did!)

Running is great and will tone your abs since you need to use them to keep a straight back and body while jogging/running, but on its own it won't build really great abs on its own. Along with more specific ab workouts it provides a great combination of activites for getting strong abs.Swimming is also good, assuming once again that you have good posture. If you enjoy swimming, and want to get a feel for what I mean, then try this. Lay face first in the water and keep your body straight. Your shoulders, hips, and thighs should all be at about the same level. This requires abdominal strength to keep a position like that. When swimming, you want to keep a straight and streamlined position. Not only does it work your abs but it will make your body more streamlined and you should be able to swim farther than if your lower body is dragging down too far.Picture this ( - ) as opposed to this ( \ )To get really good abs (if you only mean so that you can see them) though you need to have a low body fat percentage so that they are actually visible. You can get them strong and toned, but if there's even a small layer of fat they won't show really well.

But see my question is how do i know if there is fat? I think mine is just still untoned because when i flex it looks like a good six pack but only the top two muscles are visible and the two below i barely can see.

I flex a little, and I feel that they are hard. They kind of show up for me but not really clearly. If it shows and they feel firm but you don't get the full ripped 6 pack then big woop. I wouldn't want to lower my body fat percentage that much (unless it happened through training for what I'm doing this summer) to get ripped abs. Most importantly for me, are they strong and firm.

Yah i see what your saying, but the problem is i want a ripped 6 pack. I cant tell if i have a little fat covering it. I work out every day and run alot, and i eat pretty good and have always been very athletic.

Well my dad used to have a 6 pack untill he got old and a beer belly lol. And have a very athletic backround. And i am athletic also.

Perhaps you wouldn't have the correct genetics from your mother though. Your dad could be able to get the most ripped 6 pack without much trouble, but if you get the genes from your mom that will determine how easily you can get defined abs and she doesn't naturally have an easy time with it then you may be the same as her (this is all hypothetically speaking).

Sorry if I came across too harsh, a few of my recent posts have been kind of arrogant. I'm having a good day today, but there's been a lot of stuff happening with multiple friends of mine and it's starting to get to me. It's great to hear that you're seeing results. The most important thing above anything else is perseverence and you sound like you're doing a great job of that

have you heard about these three techniques? Does anyone know if they work, I heard all you need to do are1) upper abs - lie flat on the floor, with hands behind head gently lifting shoulders off the floor2) Middle abs (both left and right) Lie with shoulders flat on the floor and hands behind head, with legs brought in a squat position but facing sideways (each side) and again gently lifting shoulders off the ground.3) Lower abs - lie flat on the ground, arms by your side, gently lifting legs off the ground and bringing them into your stomachany opinions on them?
