Does anyone else have this? Has it helped?I'm going to have my first appointment this friday. I wish it was today cos I've realised how bad my mind is going. My mum came and spoke to me about it. I got really upset and started to cry and throw things. I've been inverting on myself for ages and gradually slipping out of real life, thats how my mum put it.Has councilling been helpful for anyone here?

Yes, it definitely has for me.I saw one for about 2 years. It helped me immensely.I think you will be a great client. You have a lot of insight that will help you do whatever work you need to do.I'm glad you're doing this. I like you a lot. Let me know if there is any way I can support you. PM me or whatever.Godspeed

Sorry to be so late replying to this. I've been in a self-imposed exile of sorts. In reply to: Damien your training to be a counciller right now arent you? Or am I horribly mistaken and thinking of someone else Yeah, that's me. I finish classes in two weeks and start my first job as a therapist with adolescents (woo-hoo!) on May 1.(If sanctuary is still around, he just cringed when he read that. )
