ok, here is my issue one of my freinds who is a girl is aged 16 , and is going out with a 25 year old , erm i found this a tad iffy and mentioed this to her , anyway, she seemed to understand my concern and said "thanks for telling me how you feel at least youre not lying" after that she seemed to slowy get more and more distant from me and her over freinds, she no hardly comes into school anymore and when she does she is tried , snappy and easily irratated, our group of freinds has one major flaw in our freindship and thats the mocking of each others bfs of gfs , dont know why we do it , but we get some funny laughs out of it and all is fair , no harm is really meant okanbyway so after one of these jokes , my freind who is going out with this 24 year old , says "shut uo you lot (name of 24 year old) is the best thing in my life at the moment) and storms off" the person who told the joke heads off after her to say srry, but the freind just walks out of school,OK, so here are my questions 1, should i be concered about the 9 year age gap 2. should i just walk away form this situion and let things simmer down 3. Should itry and contact this 24 yr old guy and see what he is like ok thanks for reading that , the MONK awaits your wonderful help

I think you need to let her deal with it herself. She obviously doesnt wanna listen to you .. and doesnt really care about your opinion.. she thinks that this is going to go good for her when it probably wont.. shes still young. She will soon realize that you were right and were trying to help.

Yay! I had a similar situation actually. A friend of mine decided to go out with a 26 year old guy and she was only 17 (now thats an actual 9 year age gap). I never liked him and always suspected he was up to something. When talking about him with my gf we referred to him as a paedophile and an evil Peter Pan, stealing young children away for his own pleasure. For my friend's 18th birthday she decided to have a Disney themed party and he came dressed as Peter Pan, I swear I almost pissed myself laughing.Oddly enough, a week after she turned 18, he broke up with her. I guess the thrill was gone...
