i've worked on these for years and although i have a decent enough stomach i dont feel it reflects the amount i've put it. I basically do the follwoing exercises, any advice or other excercise very welcome. I do the normal sit up legs bent tucked under chair etc raising upper body, with occasional twists as i rise. I also do 3 other techniques, lying flat rasing shoulders, lying flat raising legs and bringing them into stomach, and lying on sides, shoulders flat rasing shoulders. I'm not really complaining they look fine , just wouldnt mind them a bit more solid and stand outthanks
Have you done these exercises with weights? I don't know how much that will help, but abs will show best at a lower percentage of body fat. If you really want to see them, you'll have to lose some weight.
i tried once not really sure how to use em they seem to get in the way
