How sad is it that i can only do three nose to the floor push ups and im a 17 year old guy.. like is that bad is there a way to fix it?? like i know lifting weights but im worried that someone might make fun of me

Easy way to become good at press-ups. Do lots of them! Determination is needed. So, you can do 3 press-ups now. Try and do 5 next time. Then do some other exercises e.g. sit-ups and then do maybe 3 more press-ups, then more sit-ups or something then do some more press-ups. If you go down the gym then use the bench-press, latt pull down and free-weights.DON'T expect to be knocking out hundreds of the buggers within a week or something. You will improve, but you have to push yourself and you will slowly get better.DO IT NOW, GO ON GIVE ME 5, GOOD ONES!Mr. Nuts
A few months ago I would be happy if I could do 5 push ups, today I'm doing atleast 40 a night. It takes determination, you need to keep trying. Trus me, you will get stronger, and you will be able to do more, but you've got to push yourself every single day to see that improvement.
