Hello, I have a problem similar to ma623462341. I am uncircumcised and I've been noticing small white zits on the back/beneath the uretha and starting to appear around the ring of the head where the foreskin use to attach. There are no pain whatsoever, or fluid discharge. It appeared many years ago before I was sexually active, although I occasionally masterbated. I had a normal blood test and it said there was nothing wrong. A few years later I began to have protected sex. I panicked and searched up for herpes or genital warts and other related STD's but couldn't come to an answer. If this is normal or not can anyone guide me to a resource where I could get more information?thanx a lot!

Peace of mind...

On the head, they may be pearly penile papules, which are common and normal.

thanks for the feedback. now that i know the name of the problem, i did a little research on google and was greatly pleased to learn that it is benign and requre no treatment. however, is there a way to remove the papules? i've read that toothpaste or certain types of lotion can reduce the appearances, but i hesitate to do so...thank you again.
