Paranormal stuff
-
It sounds like a great job. No matter what you tell your clients, you're never wrong.
-
I do. I've had some pretty wierd stuff happen to me. My brother's girlfriend is also a certified ghost hunter so i've heard a number of things from her and she's shown me pictures she's taken and some tapes she's recorded while "hunting".
-
certified ghost hunterWhere does one get that certification?
-
certification is a hard process. It starts with you paying me 300 dollars (U.S. funds only) and then Ill email you a test, If you pass the test (100 dollar fee for each time you take it after the initial time) I will then send you a ID card you can affix your own picture to.This process can be avoided for a one time fee of 1000 us dollars, sent to me at 1313 mocking bird lane, Tooele Utah, 84666. Ill then send you the printed card for you to attach the picture, and a study guide and answer key before you take the test.Be sure to include a SASE. include an addition 5 dollars to cover any extra postage.
-
I don't know. It doesn't take much...she doesn't do it for a living or anything, just for fun.
-
yea i do cause i know my great-grandpa's ghost in still in my house(he died in it).and i know i have(stop laughing chance and bob!!!!)telepathy.i'm not even joking(altho i don't expect many,if anyone to believe me)
-
Cool! Telepathy me something.
-
i have to of seen your face before so i know who to "send" the thought to.
-
Please send some intelligent thoughts to our president...or vice president...or whoever is making all the decisions.
-
i'll try LOL.anything in particular you want me too send?maybe my member title thing should be Steve's messenger
-
Tell those guys to just take a long, happy summer vacation, so they don't mess anything up for a while.
-
consider it done
*starts rubbing temples in deep telepathic thought* -
yep, ghosts and stuff r all totally real
-
heh... Well... There is some pretty solid proof on the and on vids that ghosts are real. Even then the scientists decide to call it all faked.
Anyway, my friend, and yes he's completely trustable. Id trust him as most would trust the best friends or family. Has this recorder in an abandoned hospital which is suposed to be haunted n stuff.
Well this night he heard some static(a common sign that the ghosts are close), and heard some voices kinda. THe first one was deep, bt we didnt really understand what it said. The second one was really faint and whispering kinda. It sounded like it was saying "hi" or sumthing. later, he hears what sounds like some movement down the hall(the recorder is placed in a room next to a narrow hall). It sounds like someone landing on the floor with a thump. Like a step. Then he hears a small growl, then some movement, then a long and a bit louder growl. It really did not sound like any normal animal would do. it was just a faint creepy growl. Then it got closer to the recorder, and this loud noise like its bumping into something close to the room. Then everything goes silent.Well... now the more freeaky part comes(which many probly are not gonna believe), but his phone rings which he thinks is his friend messing with him(a friend of him listens to the recorder at hom too). So my friend decides to call back with 69, it calls back whoever called you. Then he hears a phone ring in the hospital...
Then he really freaked out. :S He says he's gonna visit the hospital today or something lol :S I just hope that whatever is there, isnt trying to do any harm. -
...pretty solid proof on the and on vids that ghosts are real. There's that word again and it's not true. There is no such "proof".> Even then the scientists decide to call it all faked.Because:o There is no proof.o The evidence is easy to fake.o Often, on close examination, one can see exactly how the evidence was faked.Besides that, people are very suggestible, and will believe what they want to believe. There are people who won't let go of the following bogus ideas, among many others:o crop circles are created by space aliens, even though people showed how the most intricate patterns can be created in one night;o Yuri Geller can bend metal objects with his mind, by rubbing them;o the famous 1947 alien autopsy is the real deal, even though it's an obvious fake fakeo Loch Ness monster (even though there aren't nearly enough nutrients in the loch to support a large creature), alien abductions (even though there is not even the tiniest scrap of physical evidence), and on and on."Why people are drawn to the irrational is something that has always puzzled me." -- James RandiIMO, people have a primal need to believe; truth and rationality are besides the point. But some people exist in a completely magical world that they have conjured up in their own mind. Maybe people should be better acquainted with the principle of Occam's razor.(Interesting Washington Post article from 2002: Is That Real Science or . . . Is That a Candle in Your Ear?.)

Well... I know the sounds arent something he just imagined. His other friend listened to the exact same thing. Now it would all sound like a pretty big coincidence if it was one. But I dunno. And is every "proof" out there faked? There's tons foorage and documentaries on paranormal stuff. Now It would be pretty weird if all of it was faked.I know things such as Bigfoot, crop circles and nessie is fantasy. But no one knows what happens after death, or if there truely are mysterious creature and beings on this earth. But some people have experiences which makes them believe this. I had some experiences too, but I was litttle, so I cant be sure it was just my imagination.I'd like to think that all this is real. Somehow I think it's beautyful. But I can never truely know untill i see it with my own eyes.

well all I know is, if the aliens decide to come on down and knock on our doors, hopefully they wont be the aliens from Dreamcatcher by Stephen King.

I'd like to think that all this is real. And that is what underlies belief in the supernatural. Truth is subordinated to other considerations. There are people who "believe" (but don't really believe) in such things, seeing them as poetic or metaphorical, but not actual explanations of physical phenomena. That's how I view Eastern explanations of such things as energy flows in the body. They're a convenient model, a metaphor, a consistent system, and they provide a common language when discussing certain types of mind/body work. But that doesn't mean that there are literally energy waves flowing through little channels.> Now It would be pretty weird if all of it was faked. It's surely not all faked. But that doesn't mean that ghosts are the explanation. The problem is that the people with the films and tapes are pushing the idea that it is ghosts, and will not hear of another explanation. Sometimes they'll get angry, the way someone might when their religious faith is challenged. And a lot of it is very easy to fake. Some of the most well-known stuff is.> But no one knows what happens after death, or if there truly are mysterious creature and beings on this earth. That is exactly true. For all we know, there is a lemonade stand on Uranus. You can't prove there's not. But it's doubtful. Who knows what kind of mysterious beings walk (?) the Earth. The problem is that people find it very difficult to be objective, and are easily suggestible. People want to believe. No one has ever returned from the dead, so no one can say anything about what happens after death. Biologically, there is no reason to believe that anything happens after death. Yet there are people who are sure that they know what happens. It's nothing more than a religious belief.

nessie and big foot are real.
