hey everyonei was just wondering what good excersices i could do to lose weight on my legs and tummy. i have thick legs and i hate them!! i mean i can barely fit into boots and stuff because of my calves/ankles..and i hate my thighs as well..and my stomach has always been an issue..any tips on how i can flatten it? thanx

You can't lose fat on specific parts of your body. Exercising will tone your muscles, which is a good thing, but it will also make things a bit bigger. If you want to make body parts smaller, then you need to lose weight. Exercise and the quality of your diet (including how many calories you consume) will help you there.

yes. you cannot spot reduce. You have to adopt an overall exercise routine as well as a good diet.Also use light weights and high repititions to get the benifits of weightlifting without the development of huge muscles.

Don't mean to be too picky, well... maybe I do, but you're not going to get huge muscles just like that without fairly intense lifting and a proper diet unless you already have a very dense frame that and a metabolism that lets you grow very easily. Development of huge muscles isn't something the average person has to worry about, because many of us (like me) who try hard still hardly grow in size despite our intentions. I have a lighter frame and unless I up the number of calories and protein I take in significantly and dedicate myself to only weightlifting without cardio, I won't put on weight from lifting.
