I used to workout previously once in a while. I am going to start eating healthy and working out weekly. I am 5'11 145lbs.. 14% body fat (looking to change that) Anyways i have what my brother says two holes where my upper abs are Wondering how to fix it - like what exercises to do. My abs also seem to be like short (dont spread out alot) Will working out fix this? Sry if my wording if slighty confusing. Appreciate the help!

what do u mean holes in ur abs ?? If u want nice abs with them out and eat healthy.

though they help your arms, pushups are benefical to your chest muscles aa well. in fact, while they're hardly bodybuilder standards, my chest has always been nicely defined since i was 12 because i did a lot of pushups and ate well. guys where always jealous, even the better looking/better built guys.
