I was going to add this with my other post but why not be a post whore and raise the count.Last year i approximatly weight around 140lbs and was 5'10 when i went for my last physical i was 185lbs and still 5'10. I eat socially, out of boredom, and alongside with everything. My excercise has not decreased and eating hasn't increased an enormous amount but still have decreased. Since gaining this 145 pounds in less than a year I find myself guilty eat time I eat something where i force myself not to and then bindge later on brownies or something. I feel i do have self control but the motivation just isn't there. What are some good ways to bring out motivation and beat myself into listening to myself.
