Quote:I don't think all that is necessary. I think the best way would be to drink less soda, drink more water, eat cereal with more bran/fiber and less processed flour/sugar, and exercise more. Am I not right? That would certainly be a good start, and it may be all you need to do. Personally I think no soda is the best policy, but at least try to keep it down to a can a day.If you can't maintain a balanced and nutritious diet, taking a multi-vitamin couldn't hurt.

Regularity?

Aloe pills help the food move through your intestinal tract easier. Organic ginger tea helps with many stomach ailments you may have associated with some of the unhealthy foods your digesting. And a multivitamin helps balance out all the stuff you're not getting in your normal diet.
If you want to get your body back on track ASAP, then you would do all three. It won't be long until you can drop the aloe pills and the ginger tea. And if your diet is healthier and more balanced then you could drop the multivitamin.
All this stuff is natural and many people do all three everyday for the sake of regular colon maintenance.
And your right. You should drink less soda if not cut it out completely, drink a lot more water (or perhaps flavor it with some ginger), if you're going to continue to eat large quantities of cereal then I would start looking at organic and fiber/bran type cereals. Also, exercise more.
