I am a 13 year old. I started karate almost a year ago, and recently (2 months ago), I saw my first 4 abs. I want to have a 6-pack, but I have this little belly fat that I can't lose, it's just a little fat, but it's hiding my other two abs. Does anyone have any suggestions?

your 13... get outa karate or your gonna get made fun of later on... go outside sprint, do some crunches and stay off fast food or other fatty stuff and you'll have a six in no time

hey, buddy, what is soo bad and humiliating about karate?! Is it the fact that I can kill or badly injure someone? Or that I'm winning trophies and CASH prizes at competitions? Or that I get more than enough excersise?? What do you have against karate?

maybe i put that wrong... he can stay in karate if he wants but as he gets older he's gonna be made fun of... i know this one kid whos a sophmore and he gets ripped on for being in karate... and i dont give a shit if your winning trophies or what special colors your belt is! if your 14 or older and your in karate your a lil 5 year old to me

well i'm a bit of a chilidish person ... but i dont think their jealous... i mean i dont diss the kid but i still think karate is not for my age group lol genedal prime isn't gonna like my view on this

Yeah basically... i dont care if they can kick my ass... whats thatt have to do with any thing... i didn't say that karate or kung fu doesn't work and actually helps your fighting... i mean i probably should have said 14 or older... maybe 14 - 24 or if its your job to teach lil kids how to chop cement blockes then its okay...(to me)
