ok, what is the absolute quickest way to lose fat. I dont really care whether its healthy or not, just the quickest.

Nooo don't just stop eatting all at once that can destroy your metabolism. An example would be like lets say you stop eatting all at once and you lose the weight but then gain it all back even more then before also stop eatting all at once can really destroy your inner organs and hormones inbalance. If you really want to lose weight do it the right decent way. Cut back on all dairy products cuz milk is 50% fat, drink soymilk or water instead. Cut back half of the amount you usually eat filling the other half with fruits or veggies. Exercising at least three times a week would really help too. Also no more soda drinks or anything sweet.

I know people who have done south beach and other diets and they worked for them. As long as you're strict with the diet and don't stray from what they require most of the "named" diets should work.

healthy way is to pretty m,uch buy a protein supplement and multivitain and eat nothing but fruit, vegs, lean fish and salad. drink fruit juice and water. run run run. thats it tho, crash diets, pills, and starvation may work in the short run but the massive swing your body experiences isnt worth it.

Where are the carbs and fats?A good source of carbs is still needed, rolled oats and such makes a great breakfast. Peanut butter on (multi-grain) toast too. Just be careful that you don't get any carbs in too late in the day.

yeah thats true, i totally forgot the start of the day :sleeping: i sorta take it for granted that everyone eats some sort of careal, fruit and toast for breakfaast.
