I am looking to buy a MP3 Player. Been looking online for a couple days for the best deal. But I thought I would ask what features do you all like best. I want one with 1GB and music only. I know I want it to have a FM radio and voice recording capability.Just thought I would ask...

Id loook into ebay, my nephew got one from ebay that was about 90 bucks total, he has 20 gigs and video, it looks like an ipod but isnt. That 90 included shipping from fucking china. It took 2 weeks to get here but arrived just fine. It has fm radio and voice recording built in as well.

i love my MP3 player.. it's very small and don;t get in the way. it's a really basic one hto. I never leave home with out it. acually i never leave from inside the house without it. i use it when i ride (both the horses and the bike) i love it! it's a RCA... it was a smaller one but i bought a bigger card for it so now it holds more songs.

Creative makes great MP3 players that are compact and have good features. http://www.creative.com

and ipod nano is pretty good. i like these cause they are REALLY easy to use and the screen is very clear and bright. the other mp3 players you have to install extra software and drag songs into that, then do a bunch of wierd stuff. for ipods you just plug it in and drag the songs from itunes into it....very simple

I have an old Iriver H10 with 6 GB of space, color screen, plays MP3, WMA, JPEG, TXT and FM radio from which I can record MP3s.I don't like iPods because of some problems they have (LCD screen problems & playlist errors). 1 GB is never enough (for me). I recommend a player without radio and without color screen so that you can make the best out of its battery life (mine was supposed to last for 12 hours - 4 is a max). Also a standard equalizer is a must.

I have to agree with the Mage....the built in radios with MP3 players are total garbage. I think I've bought about 3 different ones with radios; the reception is poor at best.

I have a H320 which still works pretty well.I have had a few problems but, customer support toke care of it.Radio works decently. I had great battery life with my old one. it went above the suggested life. Sadly IRiver seems to be getting out of the mp3 market atleast in the U.S.Right now I would look at getting a Zen V
