Can someone help me out with my bicep work outs.... I dont seem to get a good work out... i curl and curl all i can... but the next day i dont wake up sore at all... I havent done burn outs lately... helmsman said there not all that affective... So what i do now is curl 65 lbs on the curl bar 6 reps 5 sets... then i go over to the dumbells and start out with either 30 lbs each or sometimes 35 lbs... and i do 16 reps(8 each arm) 4 sets... then i move down 5 lbs... and do another 4 sets...What else can i do to get my biceps bigger... i havent measured in a little while but i think there just above 14 inches.. i would like to be around 16.

Good i want to be sore.. i love being sore... it shows that i got a good work outYah i figured someone would say something about my triceps... lol i work them out just as much if not more then my biceps.... I have alot of good work outs for my triceps..

i love skull crushers... my triceps usally consists of regular BP(which is also chest i know).... then weighted dips... skull crushers... and i think there called french curls... were u stand up and put the weight behind ur head and curl it up... then tricep push downs... followed by some closegrip bp with usally only 135 lbs and alot of repsto be honest... no i am still not understanding the cross body curls.. is there a picture of video you could show me
