Hey guys, lately I've been under mass amounts of stress and worry, and as of yesterday... I have this fluttery feeling in my chest, and my breathing has changed a lot too, almost like I have to remind myself to do it.I can't go to the doctor this week, I'm just wondering if it's anything I should be worried about.

Heart Fluttery thing

If it's still going on, I think you should treat it as serious, and cancel appointments to get to the doctor. It could be a heartbeat irregularity or a psychological reaction to stress, either of which need to be treated seriously.

It's not really an appointment thing, but my insurance doesn't cover over seas, and I'm hoping if it's psychological it'll just go away. If it's still going on tomorrow, I'll what I can do...Anyone else have a clue as to what it is?

Have a look at this article, and also this one. It's worth noting that too much caffeine can cause this.

I actually haven't had anything with caffeine since I got pregnant, so unless it's triggered by cold turkey losing it, it can't be that (especially since it says if it's caused by caffeine, you should drink less).
*sighs* how much is this affecting my baby?

I'm with Ineligible on this. I think you should see a doctor. Do you have a regular doctor in the States you can at least call and describe your symptoms? Are you feeling dizzy? If it is Afib or Atrial flutter and your feeling dizzy, you can pass out. Can you check your heart rate and let us know what it is?

Actually it's going away, I haven't felt it at all today, and it seems to happen most when I'm laying down.No dizziness, and other then the irregularity it's normal.

I know this post is old, but I think I may have the same problem. Sometimes I can feel and hear(I think I can) a sort of "crrgggcrrgg" for a few seconds then it stops. I don't feel any pain in my heart area and I really think it comes from the heart. I think it's palpitations since I only breath lightly(so I wouldn't start an asthma attack), feel dizzy sometimes(but it could be caused by not eating regularly).I just wanted to know if I should worry about it. I've only had it at least three times for the past 3 years. Thanks
