My foreskin doesn't even touch the head of my penis anymore when soft... what's up with that? I know I'm not circumcised because it's only been like this for maybe a year... the rest of my life it was normal, and I can also see that the foreskin is actually there, it's just not covering the least bit of my head.... Is there such thing as having foreskin that grows slower than the penis or what?It doesn't seem like that big of a deal... I've just never seen/heard of any penis' thats foreskin doesn't even touch the head, when it's not even circumcised...

What's with my foreskin?

Could be -- at least my personal theory of this goes like this:
We know that the foreskin (or any skin) grows when stretched. So if the foreskin is in a normal position (the wrinkly tip aka. frenar band visible, covering the head), then it would typically remain so during an erection during your puberty when your penis grows and as such stretched by those erections and eventually grow longer. Now as we all mess around with it in our teens, it can happen that the skin's tip gets buried, and some people never quite figure out how to tug it out and return it to a normal position. As such, the frenar band doesn't provide the function of keeping the skin on the head during an erection, and the erections (and the general growth of the penis) won't help the foreskin keep up with it. Thus while probably growing, just not fast enough, it can happen that your penis outgrows your foreskin and you end up permanently half-covered-when-soft and the likes.
If you want to do something about it because it bothers you, you could look into what circumcised folks do to gain foreskin length, aka. foreskin restoration.

Alright thanks... but it's just that, do I really need to do this Foreskin Restoration thing that circumcised people do? Because I'm NOT circumcised? I can clearly see the bundle of wrinkly foreskin on my penis, it's just not touching my head..Where can I find tips on restoration?

Well, thing is, in effect you'd be doing the same, except that you have the whole of your original foreskin, unlike them.Point is, if you stretch the skin, it'll eventually respond with growing -- of course it won't grow to full length from one day to the next, but will take quite some time. You can do things manually (trying to pull the skin up with your fingers and hold it stretched for some minutes), in fact if you're unable to cover the head at this time, say, more than halfway, you're best off with this method. If anything, this is exactly what those guys do who have a tight foreskin -- just they focus more on the diameter of the opening, rather than the length of it all.Alternatively you can use medical adhesive tapes or other devices to keep the skin in a stretched position without having to hold it. There are a lot of different ways of doing it, the widest collection of it I've seen on the norm-phoenix's site -- it has pictures and everything (and as such, viewer discretion is strongly advised). http://www.norm-phoenix.org/restore_devices.aspAnd if you'd like even more information, I'm available through PM anytime.
