when my mum lost weight she just cut out all sugar drinks apart from water...thats all she dranks.. and ate reeeeaalll healthy, uhm... i think it was a small bowl of unsweetened or sugared breakfast in the morning with a very small glass of pure orange juice, lunch she had lots and lots of salad with a slice of bread or crackers or a handfull of pasta, and for dinner if it was cold out she would have a small amount of pasta with alot of chopped vegetables and cooked chicken or fish or if it was warm out she would have salad, chicken or cold salmon!water with both lunch and dinner!and she exercised at home...not at the gym, she just took an hour each night and did crunches both normal and side crunches, so it would work her stomach and sides (love handles) got two cans of the same thing (baked beans) and weight lifted with them, layed flat on her back..on the floor arms stretched out about her head holding on to the underneath of the sofa and lifted her legs together at the same time keeping knees and ankles together, all the way up so they was paralel to the wall, then back down... she contiuned that for 3 months and lost nearly 3 stone =]im trying it now lol... she looks real good!x

I lost 7kg's in one week. I just cut out all the food! lol. In the morning I drink my vitamins as I don not eat any food to give me that and when I get hungry I drink water. I don't recommend this at all, but if your willing to take the risk...

i ever tried to lose weight in the past but just could continue after a week...lack of motivation i guess...now i'm trying it again...
