First let me say, I'm not overweight. I've just got some extra that I don't really want.
I REALLY wanna start a diet, but I have so much trouble getting started. Even if I could start one, I don't know if I could really stick with it. I've inherited my parent's knack of eating out of boredom, and being summer, I'm eating a lot. I also love to quit something when I don't see results right away, but right now I'm just working on starting. It's really hard when one morning I say I'm gonna start a diet, and then two hours later my dad bakes a cake :D.
I wanted to ask anyone here with dieting experience, which they did, what they thought of it. Thanks guys! :laughing:
