I'm 17 and am not Complelely obese but I'd say I'm overweight. I play sports and am active I just have some extra baggage. I just hate being embarassed to take my shirt off and such. I always tell myself to start exercising more and eating better but I never seem to either get started or keep going with it.Some tips on how to keep going on losing weight and not quitting would be so helpful.
