Hi everyone im new here, and im wondering what are your work out routines, and diets. And what works best for you. Im a vegetarian, and i work out seven days a week, for 1 hour. I do 20min on a bike, the 40min of weight training. Do you think thats a good work out routine?? And i just started about a month ago. I want to get in the best possible shape that i can, and i just wanna know what you guy do, and if you have some tips for me. By the way im 15.
