It's that time of the month and I feel so sick to my stomach. I can't even eat, even though I'm hungry...I feel so gross. I took some aspirin, but I'm dying in the meantime because it take forever to kick in. Guys have it so lucky...menstruation is torture.Would it be wise to get on birth control so I can not have my period at all or for it to be less of a bother?Does anyone know of anything that can kill the pain (nausea and cramps) quickly?

Uggghhhh...I feel so bad.

My wife found that the contraceptive pill stopped the cramps completely, so it's worth trying.

I'm considering it. I need to do research.

There are over the counter meds just for all these symptoms of womens periods.. You can try that.I know aspirin is used as an anti-coagulant for heart patients or if a person had a stroke. It seems counterintuitive to use it during your period.. It would seem that it would make your bleeding worse.

When I was a teenager my cramps would be really bad.. Id lay on the ceramic floor and they would start to feel better:S
Try applying something cold to ur abdominal section for about 15 minutes.. may help!

I checked to make sure, it's actually generic Tylenol. They just take forever to work, though I usually take one less pill than recommended.
