Alright, so for the past 6 months or so, I've been working out on a regular basis. Weights, cardio, everything. I'm looking to up my cardio into a full workout of high intensity cardio. All I do for my cardio is run, bike, row, and swim though. I'm not really sure what else to do. Any ideas for exercises that are different from my regular routine?

Do you have access to any stairs??? I live in an apartment its 9 floors and I have started running up and down them but varying what I do...Ie, one step at a time, two steps at a time, one leg at a time, two steps up one step down. And if you want to up the intensity add in push ups, burpees, sit ups once you get to the top.

Helms posted ages back some GPP drills which I can't seem to dig up. Instead I found the exact same thing (although a different format) here; http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding/gpp_asapDo those properly and I promise you'll get fit quick.
