So i just got home from MMA about an hour ago and ive noticed im losing vision in my right eye. its a certain spot in my eye that is just like blank, like when i look at my hand i can only see 3 fingers or when i was looking at my mom her nose was gone, it was weird. Today my gym pushed me to the point of physical exhaustion, because im training for nationals, could this have anything to do it? I have literally never been that tired in my life, i was coughing like crazy and my chest and throat burned and felt like it had blood in it, every time i coughed i got light headed and i could not physically keep my head up it just kept falling to the ground. And now im home and cant see out of part of my right eye? Any idea what the problem is? If its like this tomorrow il go to the doc

Losing vision in right eye need help

Did you happen to eat anything after you came home? My body does this when I don't eat food for a long time, and am exhausted.

Yeah... I have that same problem in my left eye but I know what it is and it can't be fixed.. however I am way older than you and its a very slow moving disease of the eye.Anyways what I am saying is that this is not a good thing that is ahppening to you. You could have a ruptured blood vessel in you eye alled a hematoma.. I seriously recommend you see a doctor about this as soon as possible.

Or a retina becoming detached - but whatever it is, a doctor should see it.

So my eye seems to be fine at the moment, i think i might have had a heat stroke honestly. Ive been training and competing for a number of years and i have never felt like that in my entire life. It was a hot day i hadnt eaten or drank all day and i was trained to my physical limit so its possible i had a heat stroke. Anyway it seems to be better, thanks guys for the feedback.

I think you should still have it looked at, in case there is a potential problem.

Get your ass to the eye doctor. Your vision isn't something you want to fuck around with. At least I wouldn't.
-
I really doubt you had heat stroke, as the vision loss you described is not a typical symptom. Even though the vision has returned, I still don't like it... You don't want to consult a doctor? Fine, you've been warned.

If it was as easy as walking in and paying my 15$ insurance fee id be fine. The problem is i dont have insurance, i dont have food in my house, i dont have anything to drink except tap water, my dinners consist of pizza...burritos.....rice and hamburger meat, anything cheap.
So when it comes to going to the doctor i need to be on my death bed to get there because afterwards i will be wishing i was dead once i see im even farther in the hole (financially) then i was before the visit.

Can't remember if you live in CA, but if you are that poor, there's welfare and MediCAL. Plenty of people use the system including many who shouldn't.
