Color generally has to do with the maturity of the guy. Younger guys just beginning puberty generally have clear cum. As you mature the color changes to yellowish white--sometimes whiter than others with no apparent change in fertility.

Yes, there certainly is a correlation. Clear cum generally contains fewer sperm. But that doesn't mean that clear cum won't impregnate. There's really no easy way to know when the sperm that is ejaculated is fertile, so treat all semen as containing fertile spermatozoa.
