What do you guys think about age gaps?I mean like, someone 19 going out with a 16 year old or something. I know that everyone has their own set of morals and such, but what do you think would be ok by standards in todays society. When I was younger I used to get angry when girls my age went out with older guys. But now that I'm older, I want to go out with younger girls sometimes, I just think that people would call me a pedophile if I had. I think a 3 year gap would be ok.

Age gap?

My sister is an immature 19 year old dating a 37 year old. And that's pretty nasty, but I don't think 1,2,3 years is that bad.
-
i think in the teens it is a very big difference. once you are about 21+ the differences are very little.

well i'm 23 and i've dated a 41 year old

One of my ex b/f's is 15 years older than me.

It depends on relative maturity levels. I personally have never had an interest in younger women, and I've never dated more than a year younger (I'm 26 now, and married to a 26 yr. old woman). I think it can be awkward to be with someone who isn't at the same point in their life as you.

As long as you are over 21yrs then i don't think it matters, if both parties are happy! I'm 24 and my boyf is 36.We're cool!

I'm 20 and I'm with a 17 year old, and after this, I don't think I could date anyone younger than that. 3 years seems to be pushing the limits for me a bit. Obviously as you get older, the gap widens. For example I wouldn't feel too awkward with a 26 year old. But I feel at 20, that 17 is the absolute lowest limit.
