Just a random factoid, but did you know that the US is one of the biggest consumers of Milk, and yet we are one of the most calcium deficient countries? Yes, vitamins like calcium is important, but always balance vitamins with minerals. What helps break down calcium? I think it's magnesium?Calorie counting can be very useful for losing weight... my advice on it is don't over do it and send your body into a catalyst state.

Milk is antibiotic semi-puss fluid that comes out of an animal. I don't think I need to say more. There are way healthier alternatives to milk.Best drink for losing weight or keeping it the same, water.Bulking, has to be milk, as much as I hate it.
