Hi, recently I've been having a lot of nosebleeds, usually after I blow my nose. Sometimes it'll be a little trickle of blood, other times it can last up to 4-5 minutes. I've not been sick for quite a while, so I don't know what's causing it. Should I be worrying about such a thing?

Maybe you're blowing too hard? Trying to force what isn't there to be forced. If they continue, you might consider seeing a doctor, although it might be a broken capillary or something of the sort, and should just abstain from blowing your nose, and see if it gets any better.
