I'm a 20 year old guy who suffered from Phimosis. Up until a couple of months ago I didn't even know that there was a problem. Since then, I purchased a product I found on the internet which was basically a bunch of stretching exercises to fix phimosis.Today during the exercises I got my foreskin behind the glans for the first time. However, it didn't return to it's normal state. It's not paraphimosis as it definitely is back over the head. There used to be a bit of overhang and I couldn't see any of my glans when flaccid, however, now when flaccid I can see a couple of cm of it.It feels uncomfortable probably because I've never had much of my head exposed before so it feels weird.I'm wondering, though, is this normal? Is it normal for your foreskin not to overhang completely and am I just feeling weird because I'm not used to it?At the minute I'm scared to get an erection in case something is wrong..

Phimosis Cured - I Think?

It's becasue your inner foreskin has folded up on itself. Depending on your retractability, the next time you retract try to unroll the foreskin instead of pushing or pulling it forward.

Oh ok. That makes sense.I have since had a shower and it has returned to normal, thankfully.I think I was just caught off guard as I wasn't expecting to be able to retract it fully so when I did I panicked and quickly tried to get it back to normal.I'll keep that in mind for next time.Thanks.

Rather than starting a new thread I thought I'd bump this one.So that I know how much stretching I need to do, generally speaking, how easily should it be to retract the foreskin?Should it just glide easily or should it feel a bit tight?

The last sexual encounter I had was prior to even knowing that my foreskin was supposed to retract properly or what phimosis was, so naturally, it was painful. I've kind of avoided it since.Since I began stretching, I've only exposed the head once, and that was when flaccid. I'm currently trying to stretch it when it's erect and I can only get a few cm of the head visible.

That sounds a lot like my situation - could you elaborate more on the product or what you did?
Thanks!
