Hi! I needed some advice on how to lose weight. There are so many different diet plans out there that I don't know which one really works. I need to lose about 20 lbs. I also need a good work out routine that involes strength training and cardio. Thank you!

To lose 20 lbs break meals in small frequent meals and add vegetables and fruits more in your daily meals. Drink more water than routine and avoid soda and diet soda. Exercise regularly to lose weight by burning body fat and strengthen metabolic rate. Do not eat late and have proper sleep. -
TO lose weight quickly it is very important to join a gym and personal trainer for getting quality training. Cardio exercises are best for weight lose. This is my personal experience. You people should try cardio exercises.
