Whatever exercise we do or diet we follow, is for the betterment of our health and helps reducing our extra fat. But then I looked at the mirror and noticed that though I have been working out for 5 months now (which really helped loose some of my extra pounds), but my double chin didn't really shrunk. I asked my trainer about it 2 months ago and he said that it will tighten up eventually by doing cardio. But I don't see any changes till now. Is there any double chin fat reduction exercise that I can follow that actually works?
