In the past couple of says, I've been experiencing a constant chest pain (up around my upper chest). I'm not coughing much, but it seems as though I can taste blood in my throat. I've read that a tell tale sign of lung cancer is a constant pain in the chest. I'm gonna see if I can go to the doctor tomorrow and see what's up. If anyone has experience in constant chest pain, please reply, I just need more info. P.S. I am a light smoker.

Chest pain, I'm kind of worried....

My mother experiences frequent chest pain due to asthma and the blood in the throat can be caused from prolonged irritation such as having a cough that won't go away.

UPDATE - The doctor said it was joint problems with the bone connecting my ribs. Just told me to take advil and I have to take xrays on tuesday.
