How Do u Know When u done a good exercise work out, i did as many sit ups as i could until i kept collapsing lol. same with Push ups i dont feel the push ups i did were doin anything!! they didnt feel right..I just stoped after bout 20mins of push ups and sit ups, taken them in turns now my Wrists hurt from doin all those push ups but my arms feel all lose! like when i worked out in a gym once my skin got all tight and it felt like it was a good work out.. this just feels like a waste of time!! .lol

you should really try to keep track of your workout. Do repetitions, not keep working until you can't do anymore. Start out with however many sit ups and alternate between them and push ups.I.E. do 15 sit ups, then do 15 push ups. repeat 2 more times. As time goes by, add the number you do with the same repetition. 20 sit ups, then 20 push ups, repeat 2 more times.

ah Thank You! is there any workouts that will help my muscle's on my arms? Biceps and Triceps?

There are a lot of different exercises you can do make your arm muscles bigger. My personal favorite is preacher curls which work out the biceps. Although, I can't show you, but I'm sure you can research it on the internet.

Oh yeah, and repetitions are good for almost everything. It's also smart to take a short break between them. That's why it's great to work out with a friend. One gets under the bench, pumps 10 while the other spots and gets some rest. Then you switch spots.

lol i didnt mean it like that, i meant is there any home exercises that make ur arms bigger? im not a millionare and i cant afford to go to the gym..

I think someone suggested this earlier, but fill an empty milk jug with sand and you have a weight. Curl it and it works out your arms.
