SORE BOOBS

I doubt anything is wrong. It might be as you said, a growth spurt.
-
You said your a late bloomer...have you gotten your period yet? Breasts (for alot of women) become sore before they get their period.

I'm 23, married a year and a half now. I must admit I'm a little nervous, my last period lasted about 4-5 days and was only heavy at first. on the norm it's heavy for the first 2 days and lasts closer to 7 days, my boobs have been sore since (The second week of december). my period is not due for about another week. any ideas on what might be going on???
-
I'm 24 and have never been pregnant. However, a couple random times, my boobs have been MAD SORE for whatever reason. And it lasted a couple weeks each time. Some people claim it's stress, hormones, caffiene, etc. Don't worry until you've missed a period. Especially if you take birth control.
-
thanks, that eases my mind a little. especially since when i did a search for sore boobs all these pregnancy pages came up. i take your advice to heart though, i won't worry too much unless i miss it this month thanks.

I'm 33, and have 3 kids........your breast do get very sore when your pregnant, but, they also get very sore when you are due to have a period, or they just are sometimes for no reason......I wouldn't worry too much, unless you have had sex and miss a period and they are still sore, then a visit to the doctors is in order......but try not to worry! easily said I know
-
Thanks. Here's the thing, I'm married so making love is a pretty regular occurance and I'm not on birth control, those are the main two reasons I asked. Also yes mine hurt before my period too, just never continuously all month; that's why I started to get a little nervous. I'm glad you responded though because you've had children so it can give me that perspective. Thank you for replying, I'll try not to worry too much no matter what happens.

Hope I am not being nosey but would it be a problem if you were pregnant??by the way i was 23 when i had my first baby......i have 3 boys, 6 and 10 and alittle girl who was born with a hole in her heart and blind.......she is my angel.....:)
-
No that's not being nosey at all. To be completely honest it isn't that big a deal, in fact my husband and I are living with my mom at the moment so it would be a plus to have her help. The only issue that concerned me is that I have to take anti-seizure medication but I decided to cease until I get my period just in case. (I only have a seizure once a month or so, so it isn't too dire to have to go without). thank you for being concerned and it's very reassuring that you went through this and in fact have 3 beautiful children now. good luck to you in the future, and thank you again. -cat

hugs catI think its a good idea about stopping the medication until your period....I went through weekly amniocentisis test (9 inch needle in my stomach through to the baby to test the fluid) because of my negative blood group.......and all were ceasarean babies.......and I would still have more if I could lol they are the best thing that ever happened to me ok going all mushy this early in the morning......doesn't bode well for the rest of the day lolPlease let me know how everything goes hon......:)

*hugs* I got my period this morning. And it's not just spotting it's very heavy so there's my answer. Oh well I guess it's just not time yet, that's alright. I as well love children my nephew (he's 2) is one of my greatest friends  Thank you again for the confidence you gave me though while I was nervous. I don't mean to be too forward and there's no need to answer if you feel uncomfortable but do you practice alone or in a coven? Just curious I know it's completely off subject. I practice alone mostly always have, a little here and there with my sister and best friend, but of the last couple years the only time I do is by myself. Ok well I'm going to see my mother-in-law today so I'll end this now, write back when you get a chance. Much love- cat

I practise alone, now, i was initiated into my coven a couple of years ago, but things went a bit pair shaped and a few of my sisters had to move away. We meet sometimes and have such fun......You sounded a little disappointed that you had had your period.....are you?I am so happy that you felt i helped if only a little, and please if you want to talk about anything at all just PM me.........hope the visit with the in laws went ok, and that you are feeling ok and no stomach cramps lol mine are SO much worse since the birth of my last child.....hugs
