Since we use abs 24/7 I can excercise them every day...does the same go for obliques? Oh and what muscles does the rower form?

Sexpot, you are wrong. Muscles such as your abs, calfs, and other muscles you use a lot can be worked out virtually everyday. Yet, other muscle such as the ones in your back can't be worked out much more than one a week.
This is my workout plan so to say....mon/wed/fri I do chest,biceps,shoulders and triceps. tue/thur/sat i do legs and back.Is that ok or is the 1 u just mentioned better?I just didnt get you at the cardio part.....u said something about muscles and 30 mins for 2 days.Are you sayin if I want more muscle than I shouldnt do much cardio or did you mean to work out those muscle groups for 30 mins? Helmsman and Powerlifter ur opinions?
