Sometimes, when I'm having a headache, and I get up or sit down really fast- so your blood pressure changes, my head hurts alot worse for a few seconds it like pulses(probably my pulse). Is this normal?

Headaches

Sometimes when I get up really fast after sitting down for a while everything becomes a blur and i get dizzy.

Because of inertia, as your head goes up, your blood tends to want to stay where it is. In other words, blood pressure drops in your head and you feel dizzy, etc.
To the original poster, yes, that sounds normal.

Every now and then for me, I'll have periods of time(like a few weeks if that) where everytime I standup I'll just get like this pulsing or surging in my head. Eventually I get a head ache, just doesnt seem normal.

I guess one reason I think its an aneurysm again is because, this pulsing seems to be in one certain spot in my head, like a vein or artery. If i bend down and let some blood rush up to my head, then lean back up, it will pulse and ache a little in this location. I'm not sure if it is a symptom, but it seems like it could be, and its worrysome.

You'll know you have an aneurysm when it ruptures. Before that, it's pretty hard to detect, without diagnostic equipment. You're not likely to feel arteries pulsating inside your brain.
You ever take your blood pressure? You can do it for free at most drug stores.
