Lately...I have been eating lots of junk food..cokes..and stuff...and I ate a big meal 2 days ago..and some today..and haven't had a real bowel movement in like 4-5 days..I have no abdominal pains of any kind..just havent had a bowel movement. And when I have..it's really hard..Should I worry or what? What should I do?

Not drinking enough, not eating enough fiber, certain drugs, and poor bowel habits (holding it in) are some of the things that can cause constipation. You definintely need to take something to help you go, like a mild laxative, and get more fiber in your diet (use a supplement if you have to...many have no taste at all and can be added to food or a drink), and make sure you drink at least 6 8-oz glasses of water a day (more if you exercise).If you don't go soon, you'd need to contact a doctor.Some laxatives: Senokot, Dulcolax, Colace.

Ok..I took 2 Maximum Strength Laxitives...and I had a diareah (however you spell it..) type bowel movement twice..but it wasnt much. By this I mean..I ate more than I crapped. Last Saturday or Sunday was the last time I had a real bowel movement..and I had a few small ones throughout the week. Is this why?

A few small ones? It depends. Two or three small ones can equal one big one. If you had diarrhea, you should be pretty well cleaned out, unless you had a bowel obstruction. If you had that, I expect you'd have cramps and gas.
You should be taking fiber supplements (like BeneFiber) to keep yourself going. If you contnue to b constipated, you need to call your doctor.

Yeah. See Saturday and Sunday I had a more regular bowel movement. From Monday-Wednesday..I had like 1 medium one and a small bowel movement. I hate getting into detail with my bowel movements..but I dont know how else to address the problem or how to tell you..so I will. I took 2 Maximum strength laxatives at 4 PM on Thursday. At 9 I had like a between small to medium bowel movement..then at 11 PM..Like my stomach had a SUPER cramp..hurt like insane..just pressure...like heartburn..then I had like medium to large amount of diarreah..couldnt really tell..but seemed like a bit. Then I had a smaller diareahh..then the cramps went away. The cramps felt like acid integestion..like after you eat pizza and coke..or just a bunch of acidic foods. And it hurt kinda bad..uncomfortable is a better word. But..I feel better now..so I donno how else to tell if I'm totally cleaned out or what.

I woke up at 8 AM with like a final eruption. Nasty, yes, but true. I think I'm cleaned out...So Thanks for your help. I do use BeneFiber now, or well, I got some. How long should I use it for? Is it more of a regular thing or to get me back going?

Use the fiber supplement until you start eating a healty diet that contains fiber. It would be better to eat right than to take a supplement.There's nothing magic about Benefiber versus other brands; the good things about are is that it has no taste, it can be mixeed into drinks or sprinkled over food, and it doesn't cause gas.
